Porcupine Meatballs

1 beaten egg
1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup
1/4 C regular rice
2 Tbs. finely chopped onions
1 txp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C water
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

In bowl combine egg and 1/4 C of the tomato soup. Stir in the uncooked rice, chopped onion, parsley, salt & pepper. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape meat mix into 20 small balls; place in 10-in skillet.
Mix remaining soup w/ water and Worcestershire; pour over meatballs. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 35-40 min.; stir often. Makes 4-5 servings.
