For months now, Big Sis has been begging to go on a date with her Daddy. So, I thought there was no better opportunity than sending them to the Daddy Daughter Dance hosted by the YMCA. To make matters more exciting, it was on the evening of her birthday and her best friend Jami was in tow! When we told her about the dance there was nothing sweeter than her face and the conversation that followed.
"Are we going to dance?"
"Yes we are"
"And are you going to be my Prince?"
"Yes I am!!"
The girls selected their fanciest attire and awaited for their "Princes" to arrive. The guys picked the girls up, we snapped a few pictures and they were off...with the biggest smiles and giggles!!! The evening was a blast for all. They had a nice catered dinner from Psghettis, music, pictures and a craft, and were even home in time for a decent bed time!!!
Hopefully we've begun setting the standard of many more dates to come in her lifetime!

that is so sweet! we've settled into a routine of ben putting chloe to bed after dinner, and i love that he loves it =)
