Choices

Mommy: "Big Sis, when this show is over, please go clean up your room."
Big Sis: "Okay Mommy"

I begin cleaning the kitchen floor, on my hands a knees...something I don't do often enough.

Big Sis enters the kitchen...
Big Sis: "Mommy, I can help you!"
Mommy: "Is your show over?"
Big Sis: "Yes, but I can help you do this."
Mommy: "Would you rather do this than pick up your room????????"
Big Sis: "Yep!"

I'm not going to argue w/ a volunteer floor cleaner!!! It's all about choices!!!
